Answers phone calls, answering questions, routing and directing calls as appropriate.
Operates paging line and code phone.
Occassional Front Desk.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous PBX experience preferred.
1 year excellent customer service experience required.
