Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services, energetic Attitude!
- Deliver prepared sales talks, describe our products and services.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our services and answer questions from customers.
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend our services for their purposes
- Persuade potential customers to purchase or schedule an appointment
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Schedule appointments for service or sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Good written and verbal communication skill (Letters – Emails)
- Compensation: $12-$15/hour Depends on Experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual – English and Spanish is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
