This role is responsible for sourcing and cultivating leads.


  • Cold calling from list of insureds to generate leads
  • Manage, grow, and develop brand awareness
  • Consistently capture and track sales prospecting activity in system
  • Represent the company with professionalism during every prospective and existing client interaction
  • Support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned



  • High School Diploma with 2+ years telemarketing experience
  • Insurance or related financial products industry experience a plus


  • You have a results and goal driven mentality, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • You are comfortable and confident engaging with others as well as have the outstanding ability to create open dialogue
  • You have a strong desire to learn new things as well as expand upon your current knowledge
  • Your customer service orientation lends itself to creating and strengthening internal and external relationships
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to adapt your communication style as needed and concisely articulate information
  • You are a resourceful, independent thinker, who is has a desire to be part of a high-performance team and culture
  • You are assertive, diligent and hard-working
