Requirements:
· Must be punctual and self-motivated.
· Make outbound calls to potential clients inquiring about solar.
· Qualifies prospective customers for solar and generate appointments for our sales teams.
· Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly.
· Effectively overcome and handles objections.
· Validating prospective customer’s contact and home information in CRM system.
· Create a positive experience for all clients.
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 – $17.00 per hour
