Team Assistant

Take ownership of the support functions for our Business Services Department and Business Improvement & Strategy teams, as a Team Assistant supporting Executives within New York offices. You will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as your exceptional time management skills.

In this role there will be heavy calendar management, expense processing and travel coordination both domestic and international using Concur for multiple executives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Executive Assistants and Executives across multiple teams internally, as well as work alongside our Guest Relations team to coordinate meetings.

Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the Executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task, your additional understanding of the industry and its culture will help you better understand and support the team.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to multitask, be proficient with the Microsoft suite (specially within PowerPoint), have experience with Concur as well as travel and expense administration. Preferably you will also have experience with Procure to Pay processes and platforms (preferably experience with Coupa). You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, possess the ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple requests with competing proprieties, and lastly, you’ll be a collaborative team member with excellent verbal and written communication.
