1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday – Sunday:
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Applicants must select ONE class time and attend EVERY class.
You will be interviewed and tested before starting the class.

Free Dealer School
We are offering you the opportunity to attend our dealer school at NO COST to you. (This is a free training; no compensation will be given for attending as training does not constitute employment.) These classes will be available at a variety of times to allow you to continue current employment and attend our dealer school. Upon completion of the dealer training school, you must pass a live audition to be eligible for employment with Choctaw Casinos. Once you have passed you need to give your current manager a two weeks’ notice and complete your two weeks before transferring.

Able to apply basic written and oral math skills

Job Title: Table Games Dealer
Reports To: Table Games Manager, Assistant Table Games Manager, Table Games Shift Manager, Table Games Floor Supervisor
Job Summary: The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all table games in accordance with all rules and regulations.
Analyze customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play.
Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc.
Clean work areas as designated by management.
Verify identification of customers when needed.
Accurately use computers to enter, access or retrieve data.
Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
Sign and date all paperwork as required.
Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
Be courteous and professional in dealing with customers or other associates.
Represent Choctaw Casinos in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Follow established procedures and policies of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of high-volume cash handling procedures, policies, and rules. This includes security, verification, and accuracy.
Requirements (Education, Experience):
A High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in handling large volumes of cash preferred.
Prior experience in direct customer contact preferred.
Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions).
Apply oral or written communication techniques.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures regarding all table games.
Must be highly customer focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and be friendly and informative as needed.
