- Review and assess complaints and allegations received by the Investigations Division to determine investigative and/or prosecutive viability to ensure the effective use of agency resources. These allegations typically include criminal acts such as bribery, false statements, conspiracy, embezzlement and fraud.
- Prepare reports of investigative interviews and activities.
- Document the Official Case Files (OCFs) and the Investigations Management Information System (IMIS) in accordance with policies set forth in the Special Agent Manual.
- Ensure work products are in alignment with SBA OIG investigative priorities and in compliance with established 010 policies/procedures, PCIE standards, Attorney General Guidelines, and Peer Review Guidelines, e.g., ROls, MOIs, MOAs, use of investigative techniques, case management guidelines, etc.
- Participate in regular meetings with the SAC, ASAC, and SAs to ensure full knowledge of investigative activities and related topics.
- Provide quality administrative support to the SAC, ASAC and SAs.
