Riddle’s Jewelry is seeking a Management Level Employee with a strong background in Retail Management, Sales, Personnel Management, Communications, and/or Business to join our team and promote the Riddle’s Brand in Minneapolis, MN.

Below are some brief job descriptions that highlight various aspects of each management position typically found in a retail location.

Retail Store Managers (1) lead an individual store location and are responsible for guiding their team to successful execution of a set of objectives which include, but are not limited to, market development and penetration, excellent customer service & client retention, sales & profitability, as well as, employee development. The ideal Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store Manager is an outgoing, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirited individual who has a desire to succeed in a retail setting.

Assistant Managers (2) are typically responsible for working with individual team members on hitting and maintaining individual, as well as, store sales goals; striving to be promoted by continuing to develop him/herself; and helping to foster a working environment that provides total customer satisfaction, and completing additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Floor Managers (3) typically work hand in hand with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales goals and business objectives. The Floor Manager is traditionally the first point of contact for Sales Associates. To be successful in this role the individual needs to have a strong background in sales and management.
