To execute all in-store visual, marketing directives and tasks that support a visually compelling environment.


  • Reports to the Merchandise Manager.

  • Extensive interaction with customers, associates and management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes impactful visual presentations that create a compelling brand experience and positively influence sales.

  • Responsible for the timely implementation of all visual and marketing communication from Corporate.

    • Execution of all mannequin presentations, including, but not limited to, entryway, aisle, strike point, inner-department statements.

    • Responsible for all graphic implementation, execution and change-outs as directed through seasonal, monthly and/or weekly corporate communication.

  • Responsible for daily merchandising of walls, aisles fixtures and visual displays.

  • Participates in the ad-set and mark-down process to ensure all walls, displays and mannequins are addressed and meet standards.

  • Supports in executing adjacency and planogram directives in partnership with Merchandise Manager and Area Managers.

  • Takes a proactive approach in merchandise sell-through in/on all displays, presentations and mannequin statements.

  • Maintains display fixtures and ensures proper usage of the visual display fixtures and hardware to maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.

  • Updates main window presentations as needed (if applicable).

  • Completes weekly projects as noted by the Store Management team.

  • Produces quality work with attention to detail, in a consistent, timely and organized manner.

  • Communicates successes, opportunities and solutions to the Store Management team.

  • Maintains an organized and safe visual stockroom, properly storing all fixtures, graphics, hardware and mannequins.

  • Works in a safe manner and maintains a clean operative work space on and off sales floor.

  • Greet and assist all customers, promoting a satisfying customer experience above all other tasks.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma.

  • 2 or more years of visual merchandising experience.

  • Knowledge of floor sets and Planograms.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Must demonstrate effective communication skills and ability to work well with others.

  • Able to plan, prioritize and multi-task efficiently.

  • Must be responsive to a continually changing retail environment.
