Staffing Account Manager – Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the full life-cycle sales process for the TTI Global Staffing division by identifying new business opportunities within a managed account and managing and penetrating existing relationships.

The AM is at the center of the process as it pertains to accounts. AMs are responsible for working with their assigned account(s) to achieve and maintain maximum compliance. The AM is the primary point of contact for the account within TTI. This role includes the following major responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client performance expectations including service levels to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work closely with recruiting team to ensure full understanding of the positions and client expectations
  • Responsible for being the MAIN POINT OF CONTACT of all current and future employees, including employee relations such as, but not limited to, performance reviews, request for increase of wage, disciplinary actions as requested by the client or TTI
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client and placements issues and escalations
  • Build and maintain relationships with resource Managers at the MSP to ensure full understanding of the positions and expectation of submittals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously uncover new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • MUST insure the account(s) is gaining new hires monthly according to your metrics
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Effectively gather and manage information such as employee headcount and employee locations on a daily basis
  • Contact all clients daily/weekly, to understand their needs, pain points and expectations
  • Ensure resolutions of and all service performance issues with follow up to the client
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plan for continuous growth
  • Meet with supply base managers (at least twice a month) from the client MSP/VMS to keep them knowledgeable of TTI’s capabilities and global footprint
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all aspects of the submittal process, for each client, have been followed
  • Maintain high work ethics and company standards
  • Utilize TTI’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to document all notes on candidate submittals, client notes, interview feedback, active headcount, current bill rate/pay rates, ect.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Accountable, Candidate Pipelining, Communication Skills, Detail Oriented, Interpersonal Skills, MS Office, On Boarding Management, Recruiting, Relationship Management, Talent Acquisition

  • Degree Preferred
  • Experience in the industry
  • Experience working with Human Resources over compliance issues
  • Highly motivated cross functional team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and dedication to employee and client experience
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
