Business Process Re-engineering

Leads and manages business optimization innovation initiatives for the business and clients to design and execute on process improvement programs based on business strategy.

With limited guidance, works across the business with individuals at all levels to define, design and implement process improvement initiatives through cross-functional teams. Engages regularly across the enterprise with leadership in Digital, Data, Technology, and Strategy Divisions to ensure alignment with enterprise initiatives and transformation. Ability to drive solutions with others on moderately complex and complex problems and/or contribute on enterprise-wise initiatives. Conducts research to inform and guide solutions. Employs a client-focused approach to drive adoption and utilization of business process re-engineering solutions. Conducts analyses on business segments, competitive landscape and industry environment to determine process recommendations and impact analysis. Documents business processes to analyze and prioritize business requirements using Six Sigma expertise. Develops metrics to inform process measurement and root cause assessment based on assessment of best practice techniques for projects. Develops business process change recommendations. Facilitates and coaches project teams to ensure optimal program adoption. Employs project management and change management strategies.
Liaises with industry and professional groups and networks with clients and prospects. Contributes to the functions intellectual capital around business process improvement and consulting approach.
Leads project teams to accomplish results, lead/chair an initiative/project across department and organizational boundaries at any point in addition to normal job activities. The ability to have threshold level capabilities across a portfolio of skills to achieve proper levels of achievement. Able adapt plans and structures in real time to meet changing business demands
Contributes to the achievement of multiple related teams objectives and profitability of assigned product(s).
The ability to attract, motivate and retain top diverse and global talent.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10-12 years of total work experience. Experience in securities, financial products and/or the finance industry preferred.
