The 680 North Restaurant at Tuscumbia Country Club is looking for an exceptional FIRST ASSISTANT CHEF to ensure the overall success of our food and beverage operation. This is a hands-on, full-time, year round position consisting of approximately 40+ hours per week.

The successful candidate will have an exceptional passion for delivering the utmost in guest satisfaction and ensuring an enjoyable work environment. 1-3 years previous experience in fine dining and banquet service is preferred.

Duties include:

Good line skills

‘Lead by example’ approach

Culinary preparation in banquet and family fine dining

Staff supervision and training

Assisting in the overall operation, promotion and success of the Food and Beverage Department

Performing and delegating duties as required


An experienced chef who is a proficient line cook

Hands on experience of 1-3 years or more

Experience in a busy family fine dining and banquet facilities environment

A ‘do whatever it takes’ approach to guest service

Personable and friendly

Willingness to perform any and all duties as required
