Looking to hire a short order cook.
Need someone with commercial kitchen experience.
Proven experience as cook.
Experience in cooking on a flat grill and fryers.
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
Ability to work in a team.
Very good communication skills.
Must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking.
Must be willing to clean, including filtering fryers, cleaning the flat top grill, sweeping, mopping trash removal, dishes and various other cleaning jobs.
Must be able to adapt to our kitchen procedures.
Willing to negotiate pay according to experience.
Around 40 hours a week, some days, some nights, maybe a couple of 10 hour days or maybe a split shift or 2.
Must be flexible and willing to come in if needed even if it's overtime.
Need someone who can start immediately.
