Senior Transportation Representative Job Number: 190512 Full-time Sunday-Thursday 4pm-Midnight

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Communicate effectively with driver associates and internal associates.

  • Respond to load related and emergency situations in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and process computer messages from driver associates and internal associates.

  • Coach and mentor drivers as appropriate to ensure proper utilization, safety, and on-time delivery.

Our preferred candidate will have:

  • Ability to work non-traditional schedule: ____________________________________

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, post high school education preferred

  • Minimum of two years’ prior work experience, customer service experience preferred

  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to use at least 3 to 4 different programs simultaneously as well as multiple screen
