Position Title: Senior Construction Director / Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Director of Construction who is highly effective, highly motivated, and is as passionate about construction as we are.

Position Summary

As the Lead Superintendent you will be required to manage the entire construction process, from the initial site work through the final punch out. Supervising and scheduling all subcontractors, consultants, and venders to ensure successful execution of the project, while meeting all initial project objectives. Must have a comprehensive understanding of the budget and be capable of executing the project within the outlined budget.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for initial project set up and ongoing job site logistics
  • Schedule, supervise and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion
  • Perform quality control duties on all work being performed
  • Establish and enforce job site cleanliness to ensure quality completion of daily construction
  • Coordinate with building inspectors and local government agencies
  • Manage the building process within the detailed budget
  • Maintain effective coordination and communication between client, designer, architect, engineers, and Stillwater Management team
  • Execute detailed punch list to close out the project



  • BA/BS
  • 10+ years of Single-Family Experience required
  • Construction Experience in Texas with basic fundamental building knowledge of wood, steel and concrete residential construction. It is important to have the ability to plan project logistics through all phases of the build process and drive project schedules in productive ways.


  • Experience in the pre-construction process and the ability to establish reliable budgets
  • Understanding of legal contracts, AIA documents and other construction processes and forms
  • Strong existing local trade relationships and ability to recruit qualified subcontractors at acceptable rates
  • Expert in reviewing and interpreting standard and non-standard construction documents
  • Must have a strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work well and effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project
  • Effective written and verbal communicator who can operate within a wide spectrum of internal executives, governmental resources, and trade staff
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic organization
  • High level of self-motivation and self-accountability.
  • Progressive thinker and has the ability to overcome obstacles
  • Comprehensive understanding of high-end luxury construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
