We’re looking for closers with professional “commission only” sales experience.

Sales representatives must have sold big ticket items on a “commission only” basis in order to be considered for the sales positions. Experiences such as selling cars, windows, siding, roofing, residential security, mortgages, gutters, flooring, landscaping, insurances, frozen foods door to door, vacuums and cutlery door to door are all experiences we look for in our new hires. Also, any and all types of business to business sales is also excellent experience and matches up well with our client’s expectations.

Requirements:

  • Must be a self-starter and proactive.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • You have a proven track record of sales – driven by leads, quick response, impeccable professionalism, and the flexibility to provide service to customers on their timeline.
  • You can meet goals and sales quotas and generally blow them out of the water!
  • You are continually increasing your product knowledge and sharing that and the next sales opportunity with our customers.
  • You understand how to read and use customer management tools and how to keep the sales cycle in momentum.
  • You are not afraid to work alone but know when and how to get your fellow management and leadership involved and in the know.
  • You present an overall experience that exceed customer expectations and supports the needs and goals of the company.
  • Assist with all aspects of ensuring our potential buyers and owners of our swimming pools have an exceptional experience with the entire process.
