Description

Humana is seeking a Sales Compensation Professional 2 to collect multi-faceted data, analyze information, make recommendations, drive decisions, implement/execute on recommendations, and perform ongoing administration of sales incentive payments as part of the Compensation team.

Responsibilities

The Sales Compensation Professional 2 will:

  • Work within the CallidusCloud system, the incentive calculation solution, to identify optimum reporting solutions that will be serve the business
  • Serve as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure the business’ requests for changes and reporting functionality are clearly communicated & realized
  • Have the ability to define reporting needs and identify gaps for impacted areas
  • Provide analytical support to key project teams
  • Interact with various leaders across the business to understand client needs and ensure that they are understood through the analysis of data
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on business specific data required to complete customized client reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to break down barriers and build effective relationships
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales Incentive Programs
  • CallidusCloud experience
