AAA is hiring sales-driven, customer focused individuals to join our dynamic Member Services Call Center team! In this role, you'll demonstrate a commitment to enhancing our Member Value by providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. In addition to your hourly base pay, you’ll have control over how much you earn through our monthly commission plan while being provided the support you need to achieve your goals. Position details : Part-time positions available, apply today! Training will be virtual and positions will work in our Newark, DE Contact Center once our offices reopen.
Virtual Training Requirements:
First 5 weeks, M-F, 9A-4P starting on March 1st
Computer equipment will be provided; you'll need reliable high speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Schedules After Training:
1 weekend day per week is required as a part of your schedule
Schedules will be a mix between day and early evening
Opportunities for promotion into full-time position based on performance & business needs
Opportunities to pick up extra hours as business needs permit
The Day to Day:
Provide a pleasant and professional member experience with a smile in your voice
Deliver extraordinary customer service to ensure member satisfaction
Answer inbound calls to process new member sales, add-ons, upgrades, automatic renewals and transfers, and processing credit card payments
Help answer questions about AAA products and services
Provide advice about travel, tours, and directions
Consistently up-sell and cross sell other AAA products and services (discounts, credit cards, insurance, etc.)
Help our members in their time of need by taking roadside assistance calls and accurately capturing the details of their needs.
What we’re looking for from you:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One to two years of sales and customer service experience.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and multi-task in fast-paced work environment.
Able to use a Windows based computer and technology with ease

Social distancing, capacity limitations, and enhanced cleaning efforts have been put in place in our Contact Center.
