Tycoon Flats Restaurant on N. St. Mary’s Street.
We are looking for GREAT SERVERS!!!
FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME (PART-TIME MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAYS & WEEKENDS)
Many of you may already know this, but we have been on some rather big TV shows recently.
Two times in 2015 and two times in 2016. In 2015, twice on the show ‘Texas Bucket List.’ and in 2016 we were featured on The Food Network Channel in an episode of ‘Burgers Brew and Que’ with Celebrity Chef Michael Symon, we also hosted the ABC show ‘What Would You Do?’ with John Quinones.
We are very busy, so we need Great People. People with POSITIVE ATTITUDES, able to put a smile on even on a ‘bad day.’ We need SKILLED help, our menu is not cheap and it’s very diverse. Yelp has us at ‘$$’ for price so we must deliver and maintain a reputation as not only a place with Great and Exciting Food but Great Service with the awesome atmosphere. That means we need “better than the average SERVERS.”
“Ok…here is the nitty-gritty!

This is a family restaurant that is a family in itself. My brother and I have a combined 52 years of experience. We like to have fun when we can, but make no mistake, we are two owners who work full-time in this restaurant and believe in leading by example and making ourselves available. Working in the restaurant daily provides for that kind of atmosphere and work environment., If you want to know more about what and who we are, see our menu at www.tycoonflats.net or read our bios on our Yelp page.
We’re looking for a solid hire here. If you are skilled, ethical and a team player, then you will enjoy working with us at Tycoon Flats. We try very hard to prevent most of the crap that plagues so many restaurants, making them seem like the never ending Soap Opera. We’re not perfect, but we strive for making the workplace as pleasant as we can. So… if you are working somewhere that you feel like a number or that others get away with too much BS, or new to the area or just looking for a positive change with a growing restaurant then you should come talk to us. Our food quality and presentation has gotten us where we are. We embrace artistic ability with food and a desire to truly create something awesome!!! We are not just a burger joint. We have great quality fare and if you have strong skills and a passion for awesome food and service then WE NEED YOU!
And…..if your wondering, our Servers do pretty well. That’s it in a large nut-shell.
If this post was too long then; (1) you didn’t get this far or (2) if you did read this far then ‘Congratulations’ it means you really care about your job and your job search so….”NEED to apply”
