ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Supports and guides each and all revenue centers within the individual operation to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue and net operating income goals.

Develops and implements action items to achieve revenue goals.

Implements revenue generating ideas consistently.

Ensures labor and expense guidelines are adhered to in order to maintain budgeted expenses.

Maximizes net operating income and owner’s equity through sales generation and cost control procedures.

Controls all cost centers via a checkbook system of purchasing.

Assists in the budget process and is an integral part in the development and approval of annual budget and capital expense budget.

Participates in the preparation of the monthly Report of Operations.

Makes optimal use of financial resources.

Ensures that product quality and consistency is maintained, through the use of guest feedback.

Ensures consistency and continuity within the operation and the brand.

Institutes and monitors service and/or product upgrades in order to maintain the company’s competitive edge.

Implements repeat guest recognition programs to build loyalty to the operation.

Creates marketing programs and works closely with Public Relations company representatives.

Acts as a liaison between the community and the operation.

Distinguishes us as the industry leaders that continually improve to maintain our cutting edge.

Takes a bold and innovative approach in our business and is an integral part of the development of future projects in the company.

Continually evaluates and improves the operation.

Retains and maintains complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items.

Promotes guest satisfaction throughout the operation.

Provides friendly, courteous and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times.

Performs table touching, initiating guest contact and ensuring proper table maintenance and presence on the floor when employees or guests have needs.

Recognizes potential guest concerns and makes necessary corrections.

Performs accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Ensures proper financial accounting through verification and/or investigation of any guest check corrections including voids, comps, promos and discounts.

Oversees and/or performs opening and closing procedures.

Orders supplies and maintains inventory.

Prepares staff schedules while adhering to established budgetary guidelines for labor control, while understanding labor costing formulas.

Conducts employee pre-shift meetings ensuring daily employee communication.

Maintains the company’s image and vision statement.

Establishes and enforces property specific Standard Operating Procedures, adherence of the company’s Hospitality Guide and Employee Handbook.

Supports Human Resources policies, procedures and activities.

Communicates effectively with the operation’s General Manager.

Promotes inter-company business relations and shares best practices.

Promotes creativity and innovation with the staff with Focus Groups and incentives.

Actively participates in any and all employee incentive programs.

Oversees and performs all duties in adherence to all company standards.

Oversees and performs all sequence of service duties in adherence to all company standards.
