Legacy Healthcare is an outpatient provider of PT, OT, ST services located inside ILs and ALs across the country. We have a rare opportunity for a TX PT/PTA looking to advance his or her managerial skills by supervising an outpatient site, yet still providing some one-on- one treatment. This position requires excellent time management skills, caseload development experience, and management experience/successful clinical lead position. Passion for the geriatric population, strong communication skills, and a desire to promote patient centered therapy practices and proven Legacy program interventions a must. No weekends, no holidays, no evenings.

We provide services under contract arrangement at skilled nursing facilities and in our numerous Medicare certified out-patient clinics. Therapeutic techniques and programs incorporate principles of rehabilitation and healthy aging, emphasizing home and community independence. Our services are both rehabilitative and preventative with a strong component of health and fitness education.

1. Associates/Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate of Science degree in area of discipline.

2. Current license in state of practice.

3. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

4. Experience supervising others preferred.
