We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Use a billion-dollar lead generation technology platform
  • Client relation management software (CRM)
  • Agent personal website with IDX
  • One on one coaching and team training
  • Review agent and company credentials and accomplishments with prospects
  • Use our tools and systems in the field
  • Use our cutting edge KW platforms to market yourself to the public
  • Research MLS listing for homes that meet buyer’s specifications

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Communicate with various personalities
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technology
  • Willingness to put in some elbow grease and promote yourself
