Provider Enrollment Project Manager – El Segundo, CA

POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Project Manager to manage initiatives to onboard large groups of physicians and integrate payor enrollment of new practice partnerships. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, this individual will be managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and ensure successful delivery of projects.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage large projects to ensure enrollment of physicians from new and existing practices is occurring timely
  • Lead projects to transition responsibilities or integrate teammates as new practices join Radiology Partners
  • Ensure change of ownership documentation is submitted and approved with payors
  • Assist with new practice partnerships to insure uninterrupted revenue flow
  • Manage entity setup and documentation
  • Develop necessary reporting to manage team effectively
  • Deliver high quality service to operations team and ensure tight credentialing deadlines are met
  • Provide updates on credentialing status to RCM leadership team

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience managing large projects and integrating businesses
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
  • Physician payor credentialing/provider enrollment experience strongly preferred
  • Must possess experience working with large, rapidly growing physician groups
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Pecos, and BUCHA payors preferred
  • Working knowledge of professional payor credentialing requirements, policies, and procedures preferred
  • Superior communication skills
  • Creative problem solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles to ensure quick response
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
