The Cyber Workforce Program Lead supports the execution of the Global Information Security (GIS) workforce strategy programs & initiatives. The Program Lead will maintain responsibility for numerous Global Technology & Operations (GTO) and GIS Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, and have the opportunity to develop and deliver new initiatives. The Program Lead must be an organized, decisive, innovative and results-oriented professional who can develop and manage relationships across the platform with a wide variety of partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong data skills and excellent judgment, and demonstrate polished communication and attention to detail in their work.
Responsibilities
- Program manage a variety of D&I initiatives from end-to-end, measuring and ensuring their success
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the GTO Team Mentor and Sponsorship Programs
- Produce executive-ready BAU and ad hoc reports, presentations, and analysis
- Partner with Corporate & GIS Internal communications on the D&I communications strategy, including mailbox management, newsletter content, program-related emails, and calendar coordination
- Coordinate various GIS D&I Council meetings and materials, and provide additional ad hoc support to GIS D&I activities & events
- Proactively identify and integrate improvements to existing routines
- Build productive and trusted partnerships, internally and externally and at all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership with Leaders across the organization
- Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
- Innovative, fact-based and creative solutions-focused mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing, collaborative environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Sharepoint
