Procurment/admin associate – California –

Breeze Giannasio Interiors is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented procurment/admin associate to obtain product for client orders as well as supporting our design team to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction to our customers. Associate with also assist with admin related tasks – maintin internal filing system, scheduling, responding to inquiries, collaboration requests, and more.

Responsibilities include:

Placing furniture and finishes, tracking such orders, troubleshooting and correcting deficiencies. Purchase order management including vendor set up, creation, revisions, maintenance, cancellations, and tracking, troubleshoot, correcting deficiences, claims resolution and general admin.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • One or more years of experience in merchandising, butying or retail role

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills

  • Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional cloud-commuting teams

  • Strong, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging feedback

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative, works with minimal supervision

Full time desired, though 20-30 hr/week also acceptable.
