We offer a starting wage of $15.45per hour with full time benefits, time off, 401K match and more! This is a Monday – Friday rotating shift position – 7am-3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am, 40 hours a week with opportunity for overtime.

  • Understand how to locate and interpret job tickets, color combination sheets, and any required press proofs
  • Understand the importance of producing a good quality product and doing the required section checks. Such as: pagination, crush wrinkles, bundle size requirements
  • Be able to set up, and operate the bundler, in a safe and timely manner. To make sure bundles are bundled properly with no bundler related issues
  • Be able to set up, and operate the CVM bundler, in a safe and timely manner on Press 83. To make sure bundles are bundled properly with no bundler related issues
  • Be able to set up, and operate the CVM Palletizer/Bundler, in a safe and timely manner on Presses 85 and 89. To make sure bundles are bundled properly with no bundler related issues
  • Has the ability to correctly insert plates into the autoplate device
  • Ability to properly identify loads, sales flagging procedures
  • Understand and properly set up waste scale
  • Knows how to make various bundle patterns on skids
  • Knows how to relate binding types to piling bundles on the skid
  • Identify and obtain chemicals and press supplies
  • Ability to change both plates and blankets, on the equipment they are currently working on
  • To safely operate a palette or lift truck
  • Ability to mount plates on the Harris and Baker presses
  • Understand Total Preventative Maintenance and how this is done in the Pressroom
  • Knowledge of all Make Ready procedures and their requirements
  • Ability to operate splicers on all 4 unit presses and able to trouble shoot splicer and infeed issues
  • Ability to operate roll scan equipment for record keeping requirements
  • Ability to set up roll, ribbon and fold alignment
  • Must be able to assist other members of the crew when needed
  • Must have a good understanding of the RGS Register System and the use of bustle wheels and must possess good communication skills
