Currently, CAMCO Management Company is seeking a full-time Portfolio Manager to manage a group of Condominium and Homeowners Association properties. A portfolio manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the portfolio of properties are maintained and operated in accordance with objectives of each Association and the Company. Responsibilities include working closely with the Association, Board of Directors and/or the developer to manage and operate the community, and facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff. Portfolio Managers are also heavily involved in supervising maintenance staff or contracted personnel, and keeping up-to-date on all projects occurring within the community.

Strong property management, project management, and customer service skills are required. Position requires flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, and being on call 24/7. Administrative and accounting support is provided off-site at our corporate office. CAMCO also has their own Project Management Team, Analytics Team, and Loan Department to assist managers in large project management.

Prior experience in condominium or homeowner association management is required, but we may consider property managers from other fields (apartment, private sector, government, etc.) who have strong experience in project management.
