Full time 5 nights a week. Hours are 2pm – closing (9:30 pm plus clean up). Must work weekends and holidays.
Wages are $14-$19/hr (Tips included on paychecks)
This is a fast paced and high energy position. Skills required – Saute (1 – 2 years), grill, pantry, Knife, memory, organizational, and communication.

Duties: Prep and ready your station, Batch cooking (stew, sauces, roasting projects etc.), Starches for evening service, execution of orders, change out and break down of your station, and general cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.
