Purpose of Position: Take orders, schedule and dispatch trucks to customer job sites. Handle inbound and outbound bill of ladings and scale tickets. Key Responsibilities: Take customer orders. Schedule and coordinate trucks to correctly dispatch to job sites. Ensure accuracy of information on all bill of ladings. Answer telephones. Responsible for record keeping and filing. Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas. Other duties or special projects as assigned by management. Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. Organizational skills and strong people skills required. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Experience with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office package particularly Excel and Word required.
