The Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA) will assist the Physical Therapist with all phases of physical therapy services for our geriatric patients at our Independent/Assisted Senior Living Community facilities located in Cedar Park and Lake Travis, TX. Responsible for the documentation of patients' treatment and for alerting the Physical Therapist of changes in the patient's progress. Other duties as assigned.

Legacy provides services solely to the senior population in Skilled Nursing Facilities, CCRCs, free standing Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities. We provide services under contract arrangement at skilled nursing facilities and in our numerous Medicare certified out-patient clinics. Therapeutic techniques and programs incorporate principles of rehabilitation and healthy aging, emphasizing home and community independence. Our services are both rehabilitative and preventative with a strong component of health and fitness education.

1. Associates degree as Physical Therapy Assistant
