Bouchon Bakery Rockefeller Center is seeking a highly motivated leader to join our kitchen brigade. Ideal candidates will posses a minimum of two years experience in a baking setting with knowledge of laminated dough, pastry production, a passion for quality and the ability perform in a high volume environment. This position will assist in oversight as well as participate in mornning production while mentoring and guiding the culinary team. In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to lead effectively.
