Qualifications and Skills
two years upscale restaurant, hotel or assisted living kitchen or similar experience;
Be self-directed!
Being familiar with line work, short order cooking methods for meal service;
Have knife skills!
Serve-Safe certified preferred but not necessary;
Ability to learn new food techniques and concepts;
Knowledgeable in understanding kitchen functions, technical terms and language.
Pay rate scale starts at 14.00 dollars per hour for qualified cooks!
