Part-Time Office Manager- Multi-location (Brooklyn & Queens) – Queens, NY

Here at Joe’s, we are seeking a part-time Office Manager. Must be able to work both at our Queens location, 114-04 Farmers Blvd., and at out Brooklyn campus, 553 Remsen Ave, Brooklyn 11236 for a minimum of 15-25 hours a week (Potential for more hours). 15hr potential schedule:

Monday- 3pm-9pm in Queens

Wednesday- 3pm-9pm in Brooklyn

Thursday- 9am-12am in Queens

25hr potential schedule:

Monday- 12:30-8:30pm Brooklyn

Tuesday- 9am-2pm Queens

Wednesday- 11-3pm Brooklyn

Thursday- 9-12pm Queens

Friday- 11-4 Brooklyn

Job Responsibilites:

-Answer and manage inbound sales and customer service calls

-Convert and register inbound leads (There are incentive bonuses tied to conversions)

-Follow-up calls when needed

-Manage inquiry logs

-Scheduling of clients for classes

-In-person customer service


-Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred

-4+ years of customer service experience required

-2+ years of sales experience preferred

-Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
