Part-Time Leasing Consultant – Lowell, MA 01852

Job Description

We are in search of someone who loves to help people, is goal oriented, likes a fast-paced work environment and wants to be part of a successful team. We have a Part-time Leasing Agent position open at our newly renovated mill building, Waterhead, in Lowell, MA.

Key responsibilities include:

· Accountable for new rentals

· Responsible for inquiries through phone, internet, email & walk-ins

· Shows apartments from scheduled appointments, walk ins or during open houses

· Follow up with prospective tenants

· Collect applications, fees & deposits

· Exceptional customer service

· Work effectively with team members including the Community Manager and Maintenance Tech to maintain high occupancy and positive revenue stream

· Work is typically performed in an interior/office work environment; however, the position does require the ability and necessity to physically walk to show and inspect properties daily

Job Type: Part-time

Saturday and Sundays 10am to 4pm and Thursdays 3pm to 7pm.

This is an independent position, candidates should enjoy working on their own.

Salary: $15.00 /hour

Successful candidates will have:

· High School Diploma and minimum 1 years of experience Leasing, customer service, sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Self-Motivated & Work well independently as well as part of a team

· Positive Attitude & Energetic

· Professionalism

· Strong communication skills

· Personal means of reliable transportation is required. Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
