We are looking to hire a Part-Time Communications & Marketing Assistant who has interest in real estate and wants to help grow the business. The Assistant will put systems in order, manage the day-to-day operations and help market the business. The candidate must be able to take action and direction.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with marketing and social media, understanding of technology, ability and desire to learn and juggle multiple projects, and be able to work as a team and/or independently on projects. An understanding of graphic design, videography and real estate is beneficial, but not required.
The primary role of the Part-Time Communications & Marketing Assistant is to support the Team Lead of KB Realty | KW Tri-Cities with the operations, systems, listings, client management and any tasks involved with the sale and purchase of real estate.
The part-time work will be 20-25 hours each week and could increase to full-time, based on demand. The job will require some time in the office performing administrative duties, as well as some time in the field with listings. The office hour work will take place in Kennewick, WA. Sorry, no virtual assistants.
