Reports To: Branch Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Responsible for selling glass and laminated and graphic interlayer laminated products, via physical visits to customers within a given market territory. The incumbent will develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company.
Essential Job Functions:
Meets with key clients, maintains relationships, and negotiates and closes deals.
Emphasizes product features and benefits, quotes prices, discusses credit terms,
and prepares sales data for management, as required.
Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
Actively manages personal schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner.
Overcomes objections of prospective and core clients.
Builds and fosters a network of referrals to create new prospects and opportunities for revenue growth.
Ensures follow up with customers for their needs and concerns.
Represents Trulite at trade association meetings and shows.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Manages sales efforts and responsible for market territory and accounts with given territory
Education and/or Experience
BS/BA Degree (Marketing, Sales or Business) or equivalent experience in Fenestration (Glass/Aluminum)
Five years’ sales experience
Experience in the Building Materials industries preferred
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Approximately 90% travel required
Territory – Mid-Northern Market States (OH, PA)
