Responsibilities

  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify business needs and create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals
  • Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals
  • Provide project and program management for employee engagement, performance management, facilitating team efforts and helping to define and execute project goals
  • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting for HR metric reporting
  • Develop methods of measuring if performance management, training programs and other initiatives align with organizational goals
  • Using data, consult with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders to identify workforce challenges and facilitate solutions
  • Create and deliver a broad range of training classes, online and in person, that develop management knowledge and leadership skills to influence behavior
  • Manage users, catalogs, courses, events, assignments and reporting withing the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Conduct new hire orientation classes as needed
  • Act as a contributing member of the human resources department, completing a broad range of tasks as needed to ensure that internal quality service and employee satisfaction are met
  • Design and manage a program that includes goal creation and feedback to enhance employee performance, creating a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Develop and implement succession processes that identifies talent, closes talent gaps and increase readiness for critical leadership roles

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated competence and experience in the design, delivery and facilitation of organization effectiveness, learning & development, and leadership development
  • Demonstrated experience at building relationships both internally and externally; comfortable working with senior leadership
  • Understand the theories and application of adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices
  • Proven ability to design courses, training programs, online content and quick reference materials
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build immediate rapport and gain credibility with all audiences
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines by working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong orgainzational and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with HRIS, LMS and online content creation systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
  • Minimum of 3 years organizational development experience
  • Must have experience desiging and creating career paths and developing programs
  • Must have experience creating training classes and online modules
