Busy online industrial products supplier seeking to fill a full time Product Support Specialist position. The ideal candidate will be a quick-learner, self-motivated & self-driven, highly organized and detail oriented. This position will work closely with all members of our team and must have the ability to handle various projects in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Gather and organize item data in a way that is accessible
- Coordinate with all departments to support new product development and improvement of existing product details
- Prepare and implement vendor price increases using Excel V-Lookup function
- Aid sales team in providing product support and assistance to customers
- Contact vendors to get pertinent information about products
- Work with oversea vendors to establish the best importing strategy
- Maintain good communication with all departments
- Other duties, projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must be organized, smart and detail oriented
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Assessment will be given)
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team
- Strong ability to multitask
- Active Listener with polished problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Adobe Experience a plus
