Office Manager/Bookkeeper – Chandler, AZ 85226

Local General Contractor with over 10 years in our market looking for reliable, full-time help for our growing company.

Experience:

  • General office administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and by phone
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties
  • Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google docs and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Experience in the construction industry a plus but not required
  • QuickBooks experience a plus but not required

General Responsibilities:

  • Office administration including but not limited to receivables, payables, purchasing, generating bids, filing, and answering phones
  • Work with construction team to schedule technicians and subcontractors
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • Self-motivated, possess strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company
