Online Sales Counselor for New Home Builder

Epic Homes is an experienced local builder in the Denver Metro Area of Colorado, seeking an Online Sales Counselor (OSC). This position requires strong relationship building skills as well as analytical abilities. The qualified candidate will respond to, qualify, and manage e-leads and phone calls for new homes with the goals of building rapport and setting appointments. In addition, the OSC will support the sales and marketing initiatives of Epic Homes. This individual will report directly to the Director of Sales.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all website, e-mail and phone leads immediately
  • Qualify each lead based on needs
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with goal of setting an appointment with the onsite sales agent
  • Successfully meet monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment and sales goals
  • Ability to work consistently, including weekends and to provide customer service after hours as necessary
  • Provide information and marketing materials to prospects
  • Respond to the sales line and voicemail for leads
  • Work with each prospect to deliver the best community and floor plan
  • Utilize lead management software
  • Create and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
  • Monitor third party leads and online advertising
  • Continually research the competition and their online activities
  • Create and maintain realtor relationships and activities
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in roles related to customer service, relationship management, or sales and marketing experience
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Proven e-mail and phone communication skills
  • Power user of Office and Excel
  • Strong writing skills
  • No fear of creating and sending video emails
  • Outstanding follow-up skills
  • Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate information relative to selling techniques and potential homebuyer issues
  • Desire to research, listen, and learn
  • Sales customer relationship management database experience (CRM)
  • Solid organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail, consistency, and quality
  • Able to maintain focus while working in an unstructured, delivery driven environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well
  • Must be able to learn and follow a proven sales process
  • Sales or real estate experience a plus

  • Full-time on and off location
  • Evening hours and weekends may be necessary
