- Supporting daily ERP and MOM data maintenance
- Working collaboratively with a cross functional team across the systems’ architecture to support manufacturing operations
- Performing data related quality system actions for accurate and timely data maintenance
- Creating working partnerships with business teams, facilitating data change control processes, ensuring data quality, and providing recommendations for data and business process improvements
- Engaging the business to translate business requirements into systems’ configuration details for accurate and timely data change management
- Stewarding end to end business processes and assessing and managing the impact of proposed data changes on the systems’ architecture
- Monitoring data quality and metrics and ensuring compliance to data policies, processes, and standards
- Partnering with Technical Data Specialists, Application Support Analysts (ASAs) and super-users to strategize, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to data configuration
- Actively managing and supporting continuous improvement and integration of data systems and processes across the harmonized business system platforms
- Conducting system user training related to data requirements, tools, integrity, policies, processes, and/or standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and minimum of 1 year experience working with data in business process and/or systems OR minimum of 3 years of experience working with data in business process and/or systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of business process development including an understanding of data inputs/outputs, and systemic product data modeling in support of manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated aptitude for understanding data across systems and processes
- Proven aptitude in Project Management, including work break down structures, timeline development, prioritization management and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer skills and systems learning aptitude, including comfort navigating through multiple applications
- Demonstrated attention to detail and data quality
- Demonstrated initiative to effectively prioritize and independently drive actions to completion, while demonstrating leadership and cooperation in team environments
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute to and hold other associates accountable to documented processes, procedures, and standards
- Proven ability to positively influence change and navigate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to travel 10%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with MES, ERP, MRP, PLM or equivalent solutions
- Experience working in a structured, regulated change management environment in a daily support role for manufacturing operations
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office products
