FWCC is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to help drive the attainment of new members. As a Membership Sales Associate with FWCC, you will have an immediate opportunity to present the club to prospective members and help grow our member base. To the right candidate, we offer:
Base plus commission with 1st year on-target earnings of $24,000-40,000
Uncapped income potential with 2nd year on-target earnings of $100,000+

The ideal candidate will have had success:
Selling a conceptual product or service to executives in the C-Suite
Being a proven top performer in your current and past positions
Creating solutions that address client needs
Building a territory/book of business from scratch
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, strategize and execute business plan for calling on individuals, families and organizations to drive net new membership
Establish and develop networking relationships and opportunities
Daily prospecting through a variety of activities
Create and sell through strategic events
Establish and achieve the metrics trackable for success
2-5 years successful sales with proven results selling complex and/or conceptual solutions to C-Level Executives.
Ability to work without supervision (after training period)
Excellent written, oral communications skills
Exceptional detail orientation
