- Files all medical reports including lab, correspondence, newborn records, on call dictation, etc., in proper order following office guidelines.
- Makes daily confirmation calls to all patients in advance of their next appointment.
- Responsible for scanning and attaching to the appropriate binder per EMR protocols.
- High school Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one-year work experience in customer service
- Word processing and computer experience
- Professional phone skills
