For (only) 2 lucky Bradenton area Marketing Executives with experience and success, it is possible: a position, following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls). Join a team supporting one of the top real estate agents in the region, work only a couple of nights per week with some flexibility.

This is NOT for the brand new, rank amateur telemarketer seeking a shortcut to proficiency nor is it for the failed telemarketer unable to make a living. Instead, this role is for marketing professionals who love a challenge and do well in this position. If you have been successful, are knowledgeable, have good client management, communication, and organization skills, and could continue earning a good living in "regular" telemarketing if you had to, but prefer a set number of hours, with your free time really, totally free to enjoy time with family or other interests. If you welcome the opportunity to focus on one sales function with pre-qualified leads, the freedom from endless cold prospecting, intense rejection, and uncertain, unpredictable feast-famine roller coaster income.

Compensation:

$12 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle

  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Passionate about selling
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Independent and self-motivated
