Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
√ Make residents happy.Without happy residents we fail to exist as a company.
√ Complete requested repairs within 24 hours.
√ Complete repairs on the first visit, whenever possible
√ Schedule follow-up maintenance, as needed
√ Maintain a high level of craftsmanship when completing repairs.
√ Coordinate and execute Landscaping and Snow Removal
√ Apartment turnover.
√ Inventory evaluation
√ Hire additional contractors as needed.
√ Organize, Plan and Prioritize Maintenance Tickets and To Dos
√ Schedule and conduct CofOs with city, schedule completion of violations, get CofO
√ Monitor and audit service tickets completed by Maintenance Techs
√ Maintain and inspect vehicles and equipment
√ Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, problem solve and demonstrate initiative
√ Meticulous attention to detail
√ Ability to use MS Office Suite, Email, Internet, Rental Management Software (training provided)
√ Exceptional time management skills
√ Effective use calendar to forecast, schedule and plan
√ Courteous and professional correspondence with employees, customers and vendors
√ Local travel (vehicle required)

Salary: $38,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
