Position Overview

Under the general direction of Management, perform basic to complicated electrical repairs, troubleshooting and installations of all voltages up to 480V. Perform repairs or installations which may involve plumbing, phone service, computer service, and or mechanical work. Other duties will include, preventive maintenance on various types of equipment, performing various inspections as well as any repairs that are required. Installing and troubleshooting PLC type equipment and ensuring that our electrical systems are up to code. Calibration of process equipment to ensure compliance with ISO will also be a duty required for this position. Familiarity with basic OSHA safety standards is required as well.

Skills and Experience

Use of advanced mathematics together with the use of complicated drawings, charts, tables; use of precision measuring equipment. Equivalent 1 -3 years applied trades training or apprenticeship.

Minimum 3-year experience in trade. Approximately 1-3 years on the job to become proficient.

Must have considerable initiative and ingenuity to plan, purchase and install systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.65 per hour
