SALES AGENT: This is a Non-Captive, Independent Contractor position. Advantage One Brokers partnered with you will provide you with all of the tools you need to succeed. Initial phone & field training, ongoing training provided to you by your team leaders, plus an in-house marketing program to produce an abundance of leads for you. In most sales position, the agent needs to not only sell but find their customers as well. Our Marketing programs allow clients to request you:

Our Lead Generation Program handles the prospecting for the market and areas we focus on which is seniors and homeowners. The Sales position is focused on simply seeing individuals and families who have responded to a letter from us, showing them how they can qualify for the coverage, and giving them their options to take advantage of the benefits.
The typical full-time agent will set a goal to contact and visit with at least 15 clients generated from leads or referrals each week. On average, our agents will write application on 1 out of every 3 appointments. That means an average full-time agent has the opportunity to earn over $140,000/year. Every agent is 100% vested in renewal commissions on those products that offer them, from the day they place their very first policy.
To fit the criteria of an Advantage One Brokers Agent, one needs to be positive, articulate, sincere, honest, straightforward, hardworking, transparent, and have a desire to serve others.
SALES MANAGEMENT: In our organization, Management is a partnership. We make available all of our experience, successful systems, and resources. The income potential at a management contract level is truly unlimited!!!
To qualify for a management position, one needs to have previous Sales Management experience. If not, they can start in a sales position, which can be a lucrative position in and of itself, and then be put on the fast track for a management opportunity. Experienced agents may be given management opportunities just a short time after they begin with us upon demonstrating their proficiency, and meeting the established standards for advancement.
So what’s the catch? There are some requirements for you to get started with us. . . but they are also fairly simple to complete.
Our Sales Agent & Sales Management Positions require a Life Insurance License. To obtain this license, a potential agent would need to complete a pre-licensing course (classroom or on-line), complete a background check including fingerprinting, and then successfully pass the appropriate state insurance exams. Advantage One Brokers will guide you through the entire process.
