Job Duties:
  • Oversees and coordinates assigned special events and tournaments.
  • Oversees the issuance and reconciliation of gift cards issued to Special Events Representatives, and reconciliation of gift events.
  • Promotes outstanding customer service and ensures staff meets customer service standards.
  • Maintains accurate gift inventory.
  • Ensures current internal controls and operational procedures are followed for each event.
  • Composes customer correspondences and resolves customer complaints
  • Prepares internal event memos and event screens in LSI.
  • Provides Family Style Service at all times.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree in Marketing preferred. May substitute additional experience in lieu of college degree.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have extensive computer knowledge.
  • Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
  • Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
