  • Manage operation for highest levels of customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Create and execute farm-fresh menu that varies based on what’s local and in season
  • Maintain highest levels of food service safety
  • Maintain a clean, highly functional kitchen
  • Create specials and manage special events
  • Manage made-from-scratch, local inventory of ingredients and products
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Train, schedule and manage staff
  • Interact with customers and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28,000.00 to $32,000.00 /year
