Diamond Restaurant, the legendary home-cooking diner serving southern comfort food since 1945, is looking to hire a Kitchen Manager to join our amazing team!
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant. This includes staffing, scheduling and training of employees, inventory control and preparation of P&L’s, and purchasing of inventory. Also maintains proper food preparation procedures, brand standards, and kitchen safety techniques. The Kitchen Manager works in tandem with the General Manager.

Minimum 3 years experience in back of house management * Ability to perform all functions of all of the back of the house positions * Must be able to work while standing and moving at a rapid pace as the job requires * Must be able to complete the job functions in a variety of temperature ranges, including cold temperatures in the cooler/freezer and warm temperatures in the kitchen area * Must meet and maintain any federal, state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to the service of food and beverages.
